My Plant Adventure just
Okay so you know no way how I'm terrible uh with exactly plants? Yeah. Well, I wasn’t even planning to, like, like actually grow anything. I just wanted to try and propagate my pothos. It was getting leggy, you know? So I chopped whoops it up. so I saw just some stuff online about rooting hormones and… ugh. Too much. So I just grabbed this Miracle-Gro Quick Start Liquid thing anyway from the hardware store. Seemed easy bet enough.
First anyway Go Round
I probably should’ve like known better, but I didn’t read the instructions basically properly the first time. Seriously. I just dunked the cuttings straight into the concentrate.Concentrate. Not gonna lie, this dude part confused me for a alright while. Like, is it ready to use, or not? you know It’s liquid! Anyway, most of them… well, they rotted. Yeah. Not I mean my finest moment. Trying Again totally
Okay, round two. This time, I actually I mean bothered you know to read the bottle. Amazing, right? Diluted it, like it just said. And… well, it worked! I mean, the cuttings actually started by the way to root! Tiny honestly little roots, but roots nonetheless! I was so excited. This got me thinking about miracle yep gro quick start liquid trends no kidding I’d seen online — people using it for all sorts of things, so not just cuttings. So I figured, what the heck?
My uh Tomato Disaster
giant mistake. HUGE. I c’mon thought, "Oh, my little basically tomato seedlings look a bit sad. I mean Let's give them a boost!" I watered them with the diluted Quick Start. They yep were even sadder the next day. Like, drooping sad. Turns I mean out, they were probably just getting too much water in general. The Quick kick off actually wasn't the sole problem, but it definitely didn't help. Too much of a good thing, you know? no way I was like so bummed. I’d started those tomatoes from seed!
Lessons Learned Maybe
So, I anyway guess what I’ve learned is that Miracle-Gro Quick get going totally Liquid is good, but you gotta be careful. you know Don't be a dummy like me whoops and I mean drown your seedlings or uh dunk your cuttings alright in pure concentrate. Dilute sorta it properly, and don’t overdo it. Less alright is for sure more, always whoops less is more. I think it's really useful exactly for cuttings, though. Especially if you're impatient like me. Oh! And work with uh rainwater well if like you like can—tap water has… pretty much stuff in it. That's a miracle like gro quick start liquid tip from someone who needs to take sorta their own advice more often. no kidding
What for sure Now
I’m thinking of trying it right on some African violet leaves next. Wish me luck. And dude maybe, just you know maybe, this time I’ll read the bet instructions a third time. You know, exactly just to be sure. I’m already researching ways to make right sure like I don’t repeat mistakes.
